“The PKK killed a 17-year-old girl while she was sleeping at home. This happened while the PKK was deliberately targeting residential areas with rockets. The rocket hit the girl’s house in the middle of the residential area and killed her in the Turkish-Syrian border town of Reyhanli.
Fatma Avlar is the victim of PKK ambitions. The group and its branches deliberately target civilians. On that day, the PKK killed five more civilians and woundes 73 others.
These actions took place a few days before the Turkish occupation operation against Afrin.
