In line with its responsibilities to defend human rights, the Iranian Kurdistan Human Rights Watch (IKHRW), focusing on cases of violations by violent and armed Kurdish groups, especially the PKK / PJAK, considers it necessary to criticize the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and urges the Ministry to pursue the fate of dozens of Iranian Kurdish children, adolescents and young people in the custody ofabducted the Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK), a branch of the PKK, and this in line with its legal duties to be taken immediately.
One of the important issues to be investigated is the support of for PJAK activities, including the non-suspension of Aryen TV in that country. This TV channel, as the PJAK organ, freely promotes and justifies PJAK violence and continues to criminalize and promote violence against Kurdish regions and civilians of Iran on a daily basis. While Sweden insists on not enforcing the sentence of Ahmad Reza Jalali, a dual Iranian-Swedish prisoner, Iranian Foreign Ministry officials must insist on, in talks with Swedish officials, all PJAK activities, including the closure of Aryen TV, be stopped. The channel has caused dozens of Iranian civilians to fall victim to PJAK. It is also necessary for the Iranian Foreign Ministry to ask the Swedish government to arrest and prosecute PJAK members, especially those active in the channel.
